Up for sale is this group of approximately 106 AM General military M998 Humvees.
They were originally part of a purchase by the Israeli government of 2400 units 10-15 years ago. Only 2000 were exported and the remaining 400 were left here for disposal. None of the trucks are in complete/running condition and are sold as parts trucks only in an as-is-where-is condition, as shown with a bill of sale only. Because these trucks were originally a foreign export sale they may be exportable — but you would have to check the statutes for details.
There are 2 slant-back trucks with some turret parts and 4 trucks with the body-long “helmet” tops. 20-25% have engines. There are 6 pallets of parts including 1 pallet of new hoods and 1 pallet of calipers. Also included is a forklift that can be used to move the trucks, but it needs a hydraulic cylinder serviced and batteries installed.
These trucks are located in South East Texas. An onsite review of the items is not available until after the sale. More pictures (100+) are available upon request.
Upon sale, the buyer has 45 days to remove the trucks on a schedule determined by the seller. A 25% non-refundable deposit by the purchaser is required at the time of sale and the balance paid in 7 days.
