1963 Bobbed Deuce, has White multi-fuel 6 cyl 465 cu inch engine with “D” turbo and 5 speed manual transmission. Hydraulic power steering from 5 ton. Runs great, starts everytime. Has had FDC bypassed and EGT and boost gauge added. Flame Heater deleted. Had radiator re-cored, and replaced all belts and hoses. Added a coolant filter and relocated heater to inside cab.
Both rocker panels, as well as door bottoms were replaced, any spots in cab area were repaired as well, cab , hood, fenders and doors were stripped down and repainted, but the bed ” a m105 trailer bed was not stripped down, but was painted.
Both seats are spring ride with a custom jump seat in the middle. made a parking brake warning switch that lights on the dash to let you know when parking brake is on.
Has air shift transfer case.
Installed electric wipers instead of stock vacuum wipers.
Had new tinted glass cut for windshield.
Replaced all weatherstripping and window channel felts.
Rebuilt brake system, New master cylinder, rebuilt air pack and new wheel cylinders, and placed remote brake reservoir. Placed new rubber brake hoses on front axle as well as both rubber hoses from frame to axles.
Engine oil filters have been converted to spin-on type, fuel filters were changed in 2020, fuel tank cleaned. Air filter is a reusable type filter.
Has been rewired, deleting the stock military light switch and uses a key to turn on ignition, and a pull switch for the headlights. Put in a one wire alternator .
Has circuit breakers, relays and fuses under the dash.
Hitch was on it when purchased, but the trailer plugs are not wired up. Doors have key locks and also the battery/tool box.
Wheels are Hemmitt wheels recentered using the original Deuce wheel centers. Currently has 14.00 r 20 tubeless radials that are approx 48 inches tall.
Has AVM lockout hubs on front axle.
Several spare parts go along with it; extra things that I got with it, and the soft top frame,( no soft top cover).
Engine oil and filters have just been changed, brake system flushed to prevent corrosion, differentials levels checked as well as transmission and transfer case.
Sold AS-IS no refunds, no returns. Weapon displayed DOES Not come with truck. Speedometer reads slow at speed due to wheel/tire combo. Does have a small power steering leak as well as typical leaks for an old truck.
