This is a very solid deuce and a half that has received a lot of work by me.
>It’s an m35a2 that was originally manufactured in 1972.
>It went through a depot rebuild in 1989 and was retitled as a 1989 vehicle.

>All of the sheet metal has been sandblasted and painted and/or undercoated with rus-free rust protectant, except the bottom of the doors.

>It’s got a nice Jeep heater in it that works great.
>Bed was sanded and painted with epoxy before it got taken off the road.
>Canvas top rotted out, letting the seats get destroyed, too. This is an amphibious vehicle – just replace top and seats.
>Has a 24V/12V 200A/50A alternator installed. It apparently has a bad diode, since it no longer has full output.
>Truck comes with the original 24 V alternator – 60 amp, I believe.
