Military Wrecker Rotator
Update: I have gotten a lot of questions about will it run. My assumption is this is a repairable wrecker. I will let you guys know when I get it cranked.
Additional info: the boom and outriggers worked when last used and we used it to set that large tank in the picture off a semi.

It was driven to current location and parked a few years ago. At last use the throttle pedal had some issues. It would rob up at the engine without any trouble but slowly at the pedal. We sourced the problem and parts and never used it.
Winch and rotation all worked when last used.
Heavy duty to say the least.
Bill of sale as the military never titled it.
