This is a naturally aspirated J Code 6.2L diesel truck rated at 165hp. Dual alternator, no A/C, hydroboost brakes like the big trucks, disc front brakes, drum rear brakes, 4X4 with an NP208 chain drive transfer case, Turbo 400 3 speed automatic transmission, 8.5″ of axle clearance at the bottom of the differentails, The only electronic on it is the glow plug controller which has an updated new design that includes after glow option to cycle the plugs when the engine is running cold during startup. It runs great and has been my daily driver for six months. This is my second M1009 so I know all about them.
