Offering our cherished WWII Clarktor 6 Aircraft Tug. The yellow tug is very original and in perfect running condition. We use it daily to move aircraft up to 20,000lbs (which it does with ease.) We have accomplished the following work to the Yellow example: – Rebuilt radiator – Rebuilt starter motor – New flywheel ring gear (engine pulled.) – Rebuild Carburetor – Serviced all engine and transmission fluids – Replaced or serviced all engine ignition components – Rebuilt all brakes and wheel stations – Rebuilt brake master cylinder. – Restored crew seat This tug is very original and carries many of her original markings. She still has her original military WWII “Red-Dot” rear tires (very cool.) We have accomplished all necessary work to make this tug safe and serviceable. We have accomplish minor restorative actions but wanted to preserve the very original condition of this unique piece of equipment.
