1977 Austrian Pinzgauer. Haul one ton of cargo or 10 fully laden combat troops through the most rugged terrain or, take the entire family and some friends for ice cream. This fully capable vehicle is utterly reliable and extremely fun to drive with 5 speed transmission and two range transfer. Cruises all day on the road at 60mph. Other than the Austrian Army I have been the only owner and have maintained it meticulously. It is mechanically and cosmetically excellent. The Pinzgauer’s off road performance is legendary although for the 12 years I have owned the vehicle it really hasn’t been used much off road. Look up pinzgauer on Youtube and you’ll get some idea of how capable these vehicles are. Some updates include pertronix ignition, marine stereo and improved gauges. Parts plentiful and very simple to maintain. Includes operator and maintenance manuals. All canvas present. Extra brand new side curtains included. Note that all Austrian Pinzgauers were completely rebuilt at the Graz factory in the 90s.

The Pinzgauer was designed to be reliable and easy to fix; Has air-cooled engine with dual-Zenith 36 mm NDIX carburetors. The Pinzgauer has a chassis design which contributes to its high mobility.
